The app is designed to work with pipewire and its jack implementation and not jack2.

@yochananmarqos I added missing dependencies (not python-setuptools as it's not needed with python-build), and I cleared redundancies. I will push when pushing is possible again (another DDoS, it seems). Thanks!

@magillos: This is missing python-setuptools to build. It's also missing dependencies on python-dbus and hicolor-icon-theme.

No files need to be installed in /usr/share/cable/, they're already installed in the site-packages folder.
