When i re-installed office 2007 and found Excel reported an error when i open or closed it as below:
Object library invalid or contains references to object definitions that could not be found
As tested, we should delete .exd file on the below path:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms\
Then .exd file will be recreated as needs.
