要求：
1、The required profile is a J2EE software engineer
2、Team spirit and good communication skills are mandatory.
3、Good analysis, synthesis, methodology and autonomy skills.
4、Fluent English.
5、Good knowledge in the J2EE system architecture design and conception
6、Good knowledge of Java, EJB, JMS under WebSphere environment
7、Experience of XML, SQL, DAO patterns
8、Skill in high availability service platform constraints for end-user applications
9、Knowledge of TCP/IP network management and Unix would be an advantage
