IT经理工作职责：
1. 管理公司信息技术以及计算机系统。
2. 确保公司信息技术是可访问的并且配备了现有的可用的硬件和软件。
3. 监控并且维护公司信息技术并确保能够得到最大化的使用。
4. 维护并且发展一个稳定的内部IT环境。
5. 依据公司业务发展需求，履行公司IT要求。
6. 根据公司以及管理层的要求，制定，维护并且更新IT政策/ SOP。
7. 管理IT团队，提升IT部门员工的工作能力。
- Manage information system and computer systems, help bussiness develop quickly.( Include DSM system and Kingdee system)
- Do the training of information system for warehouse staff and distributors
- Ensure information technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain information technology to ensure maximum access.
- Maintain and development a stable internal IT environment.
- Fulfil the company's IT requirements according to the business developments.
- Formulate, maintain and update IT policies in line with the company and management requirements.
- Manage the IT team, make the work plan for IT staffs(From third service company) and improve IT staffs' working abilities.
