While you try to create a list, then  get into the wrong page:

"Cannot make a cache safe URL for "SpellCheckEntirePage.js", file not found. Please verify that the file exists under the layouts directory. Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this page to temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For more information, contact your site administrator.

Solution:

Find the SpellCheckEntirePage.js in your computer. Perphase it may be found in the folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\2052\. Then copy it to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\1033\. And try to create a list again.
