瓦圣纳协定（英文：Wassenaar Arrangement） 是一项由40个世界主要国家签署，管制传统武器及军商两用货品出口的条约。
这个协定于1996年5月12日于荷兰瓦圣纳签署，最初只有33个国家签署。协定经过多次修订，其中包括加入管制敏感性高科技输往中华人民共和国、朝鲜、伊拉克等国家的条文。
