A man has been charged more than two years after a baby boy died in a Queensland hospital.
The baby was taken to Bundaberg Hospital at 5.18pm on February 24, 2024 before being airlifted to Queensland Children's Hospital on February 27.
He died a few days later on March 3.
Queensland Police released a statement on Sunday, revealing a 22-year-old man had been charged.
He was charged with one count each of murder (domestic violence) and torture (domestic violence).
He will appear at Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Monday.
Investigations are ongoing.
