By default, the "personalized property" is invalid in moss2010, but it works well in moss2007.
Finally, I found it is a configuration issue, we can enable this funtion in moss2010.
Open CA-> Application Mnaagement-> Manage web applications-> then select your webapplication-> Web part security-> Select "Allow contribute to add or ..." in "Scriptable Web Parts" section.
Done.
Actully, I don't know what's the "scritable" meaning, "google" also cannot help me, who can tell me about it?
