BTS World Tour ARIRANG Official Merch for North American leg of the tour

BTS will be utilizing the Amazon Music in-venue merchandise shopping experience at all North American stops of the 2026 BTS WORLD TOUR: ARIRANG, becoming the first to deploy frictionless checkout technology for the duration of an artist’s stadium tour.

Amazon Music announced today that it will be the exclusive in-venue tour merchandise partner for all the North American stops of the tour across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. BTS will utilize Amazon’s Just Walk Out frictionless checkout technology – the first time any merchandise partner has integrated this for the duration of an entire North American tour.

The shopping experience will feature custom setups tailored to each venue’s unique layout, including merch booths both inside and outside all venues, giving fans the flexibility to shop when and how they choose. All stops will feature exclusive pre-sale events in the days leading up to the shows, providing early access to shop the collection in select cities. Fans will have access to official BTS merch, including t-shirts, hoodies, the iconic BTS official light stick, CDs and vinyl, and other accessories and unique collectibles. Each city will also receive exclusive on-site items for its city-specific merchandise.

Tens of thousands of fans awaited excitedly outside the landmark Tokyo stadium to watch BTS in their first concert outside South Korea after the K-pop megastars kicked off their world tour. The Just Walk Out Technology by Amazon features RFID exit lanes that automatically read tags on merchandise as fans pass through - no scanning required. Fans simply grab their items from a merchandise associate, head to the exit lane, tap their credit/debit or mobile wallet, and exit. Multiple cameras are recording to prevent potential loss. ARMY can grab what they want without waiting in the checkout line. Amazon Music previously worked with LE SSERAFIM for their tour merchandise, utilizing the same technology.

MORE FOR YOU

“ARMY are among the most passionate communities in music, and they deserve a merch experience that matches their energy,” says Julia Heiser, Head of Live Merch, Amazon Music, in a press release. “We’re reinventing how fans shop for artist merch at shows by making it seamless and fan-first. By bringing Just Walk Out technology to this tour, we're marking a genuine first in live music—deploying checkout-free technology at this scale for a North American stadium tour. We couldn't be more excited to pioneer this with BTS.”

The 2026 BTS WORLD TOUR: ARIRANG sold-out North American leg kicks off on April 25 in Tampa, with 31 shows across 12 regions, including additional stops in El Paso, Mexico City, Stanford, and Las Vegas. They then stop in Europe and Asia before returning to North America, with performances in East Rutherford, Foxborough, Baltimore, Arlington, Toronto, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

After which, they will begin their stops in South America, Southeast Asia, and Australia. More shows are planned for 2027, but they will be announced later.

BTS makes history as South Korean artists with the highest number of tour dates and the broadest regional reach to date, with 2026 BTS WORLD TOUR: ARIRANG spanning 82 shows across 34 cities. They’ve already performed in Goyang, South Korea, and Tokyo, Japan.
