67th Annual GRAMMY Awards - Show

"I Just Might" by Bruno Mars holds at No. 1 on Billboard's Radio Songs chart for a milestone tenth week. It's his third smash to reach that milestone. Throughout his career, Bruno Mars has created hit after hit after hit that have managed to become not only No. 1s on Billboard’s Radio Songs chart – the weekly ranking of the most successful tunes across all radio stations throughout the United States – but longstanding ones. Scoring the No. 1 on the Radio Songs tally is no easy feat, and holding in that spot for months, and sometimes double-digit frames, is incredibly difficult. Mars has seen several smashes do so in the past, and he earns another special winner this frame.

“I Just Might,” the lead single from his latest album, The Romantic, is once again in charge of one of the company's most competitive rundowns, and it now ranks among his most successful songs yet.

Bruno Mars’ “I Just Might” Holds at No. 1 Again

“I Just Might” is steady atop the Radio Songs chart for one more frame. Mars blocks Kehlani’s “Folded” from reaching the summit, as that track stalls in second place. “I Just Might” has now spent 15 weeks on the Radio Songs list, and 10 of those have been at the summit.

“I Just Might” Ties “Leave the Door Open”

With 10 weeks atop the Radio Songs chart to its credit, “I Just Might” ties with another track from Mars’ catalog as his second longest-running leader. “Leave the Door Open,” credited to Mars and Anderson .Paak, as well as their duo, Silk Sonic, also held in that space for an even 10 turns.

Only “Uptown Funk,” the Record of the Year Grammy winner by Mars and Mark Ronson, dominated for more time. That throwback smash led the way for an even 12 weeks, beginning in March 2015.

“I Just Might” Passes “That’s What I Like”

Last time around, “I Just Might” was tied with a different single by Mars, and the two jointly claimed to be his third longest-running leaders. “That’s What I Like” spent nine weeks as the most-heard tune on radio stations in America beginning in May 2017 – nearly a decade ago.

All of Bruno Mars’ Radio Songs No. 1s

When “I Just Might” jumped into first place earlier this year, Mars earned his eleventh No. 1 on the Radio Songs chart. In doing so, he tied Mariah Carey for the second-most rulers of all time. Only Rihanna, with a lucky 13, has racked up more.

Here are all of Bruno Mars’ No. 1s on Billboard’s Radio Songs chart.

  • "Die With A Smile" with Lady Gaga
  • "Finesse" with Cardi B
  • "Grenade"
  • "I Just Might"
  • "Just The Way You Are"
  • "Leave The Door Open" with Anderson .Paak and Silk Sonic
  • "Locked Out Of Heaven"
  • "Nothin' On You" with B.o.B
  • "That's What I Like"
  • "Uptown Funk!" with Mark Ronson
  • "When I Was Your Man"

Currently, “I Just Might” sits at No. 1 on half a dozen rankings published by Billboard, as it is not only a win at radio, but also a streaming and sales smash. Currently, in addition to the Radio Songs roster, “I Just Might” continues to top the Adult Pop Airplay, Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, Hot R&B Songs, R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales, and R&B Digital Song Sales charts. The single also establishes a new peak of No. 6 on the Adult Contemporary rundown.

Bruno Mars’ “Risk It All” Dances to New Chart Highs

At the same time that Mars conquers the Radio Songs chart once more, the second single from The Romantic, “Risk It All,” improves its standing and establishes a new peak in its fifth frame on the non-genre-specific tally. “Risk It All” dances from No. 18 to No. 15.

Simultaneously, “Risk It All” pushes to new highs on four additional radio rosters. The cut appears inside the top 10 on both the Rhythmic Airplay (No. 6) and Adult R&B Airplay charts (No. 10). “Risk It All” breaks into the highest tier on the latter of those two tallies for the first time, earning Mars his twelfth career placement inside that space. “Risk It All” also surges on the Adult Pop Airplay (No. 19) and R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay lists (No. 37).
