The track performed so well during its first seven days of availability thanks to both very strong streams and a huge sales sum. According to data shared by Luminate with Billboard, "Hate That I Made You Love Me" will arrive at No. 1 with 70,000 sales and 23.6 million plays on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, among others.

"Hate That I Made You Love Me" is Grande's milestone tenth No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Impressively, the pop powerhouse first reached the top space on the ranking less than seven years ago.
