Here’s What Kylie Jenner’s Housekeepers Are Suing Her For

Topline

Kylie Jenner was hit with another lawsuit by a former housekeeper—the second such suit in two weeks—accusing her of failing to help after she complained of racial discrimination from Jenner’s staff, and claiming she was pressured to work while grieving her brother’s recent death, among other allegations.

Key Facts

Juana Delgado Soto, who says she first started working for Jenner in 2019 as a housekeeper until leaving in 2025, made a host of accusations against Jenner and the staff that managed her, whom she said harassed or failed to prevent harassment against her.

Though many of the claims are made specifically against Jenner’s company and her staff, she also accuses Jenner of inflicting emotional distress and failing to prevent discrimination and harassment.

Soto claimed she a lengthy letter on a massage bed for Jenner before she was set to receive a treatment in April 2025 pleading for help, saying she wanted her to know “just how terribly I am mentally abused” and that she was sure Jenner “wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”

After leaving the letter, Soto claims she was subject to worse harassment, was told, “Kylie doesn’t give a shit about you,” and told not to look at or smile at Jenner, and that if Jenner was present in the house, Soto would have to “disappear.”

Soto alleged she was forced to sit in a bathroom for hours while Jenner was in the house, that her schedule was changed randomly and that she was forced to clean “Jenner’s boyfriend’s house”—an apparent reference to Timothée Chalamet, whom Jenner has dated since 2023.

Jenner has so far not publicly commented on the lawsuits, and Forbes has reached out to a representative for comment.

What Else Did Soto Allege?

What Else Did Soto Allege?Soto alleged she was mocked for her “English proficiency and perceived immigration status,” and she alleged she was denied breaks and proper pay. She alleged she was made to work shortly after the sudden death of her brother. “Instead of acknowledging her brother’s passing or accommodating her, Defendants ignored her message, criticized [her] housekeeping performance in a group chat, and pressured Plaintiff to report to work immediately,” the suit says. Soto says she finally left her job in August 2025, telling her managers in a text message: “I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”

Key Background

The new lawsuit comes two weeks after Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, another former housekeeper for Jenner, filed a lawsuit against Jenner and other staff, making similar allegations. Jenner is not accused of bullying Vasquez in the lawsuit, but the suit alleges she was subject to “severe harassment” while working for Jenner, who allegedly “failed to take immediate and appropriate corrective action to stop the conduct.” She alleged she was “mocked” by staff members for her accent and treated as “inferior because of her Salvadoran background,” treated with “hostility and exclusion” by the head housekeeper, and was not compensated for overtime work. She also claimed she was made to work in “Jenner's boyfriend's residence on multiple occasions,” also possibly referring to Chalamet, though she alleged she was not compensated for transportation costs. Both women are asking for unspecified damages.

Forbes Valuation

Jenner is worth $670 million, according to Forbes’ latest estimates, placing her at No. 52 on Forbes’ 2025 list of the richest self-made women in America. Forbes previously named Jenner a billionaire in 2019 after she sold 51% of Kylie Cosmetics to beauty company Coty, but a year later, she was removed from Forbes’ billionaire list after filings showed Jenner had inflated the value of her business.
