为了在客户端访问到服务类，需要在app.xml中添加服务作为一个应用程序级别的资源：

否则程序提示：WebContext 的当前实例不可用。必须实例化 WebContext 并将它添加到默认 App 构造函数中的 Application.ApplicationLifetimeObjects。
