Onix has announced a major expansion of its strategic collaboration with Google Cloud, aiming to accelerate enterprise-scale cloud, data, and agentic AI transformation.
The partnership is expected to generate over $500 million in Google Cloud consumption along with several hundred million dollars in services revenue for Onix.
Onix is positioning its proprietary Wingspan platform at the centre of this shift. The platform features an industry-first “Semantic Twin” model, designed to provide enterprise context and business ontology for AI agents, enabling faster and more scalable deployment.
According to the company, Wingspan, combined with its AI Innovation Hub, allows organisations to move from concept to production significantly faster than traditional consulting-led approaches. Onix claims this model has already been validated through thousands of AI agents deployed across Fortune 500 companies.
The partnership will focus on three key pillars: joint go-to-market initiatives and vertical-specific investments, leveraging the Wingspan platform for rapid data modernisation, and an outcome-based delivery model driven by AI-assisted teams prioritising business KPIs.
“AI success is defined by what runs at scale, solving business workflows,” said Sanjay Singh, CEO at Onix. “Through our expanded collaboration with Google Cloud, we are redefining how enterprises execute cloud, Data, and AI transformation.
“Generative AI is fundamentally changing how many businesses operate, fueling a new era of cloud that can benefit virtually every area of an organization,” said Victor Morales, Vice President GSI and Consulting Partnerships at Google Cloud.
