Hexaware Technologies was named as an “Anthropic Authorized Reseller for Amazon Bedrock,” joining a select group of companies worldwide authorised to resell Claude.

Hexaware can now sell, integrate, and support Claude models directly to global enterprise clients, “reinforcing its AI-first strategy,” as per a press release. The IT services company will be able to scale Claude-first solutions for clients, prioritising AI in the software development life cycle, private equity transformation and cybersecurity. This will be across key use cases, including intelligent document processing, automated compliance, advanced customer service, clinical data summarisation, supply chain intelligence, and AI-assisted software engineering.

The move also allows for tailored deployments like custom prompts, domain tuning, to maximize performance and creates a single commercial framework with consolidated billing, SLA-backed support, and clear accountability for clients.
