It enables enterprises to drive digital transformation through specialised offerings such as implementation, application management and customised solutions.

Intecrowd’s Workday-certified implementation expertise will complement UST’s global scale, enabling faster deployments, continuous optimisation and more measurable outcomes, according to a company spokesperson. The combined entity aims to accelerate time-to-value by leveraging AI-ready data foundations, intelligent automation and advanced analytics, thereby enhancing efficiency and service delivery.
The acquisition is expected to bolster UST’s ability to serve its global client base while expanding its footprint within the rapidly evolving Workday ecosystem. It will also strengthen the company’s enterprise application portfolio and support the delivery of its SaaS++ value proposition to Global 2000 customers.
