Wipro has secured a multi‑year strategic transformation deal with Olam Group, a $50+ billion food and agri‑business headquartered in Singapore, employing nearly 40,000 people, and majority owned by Temasek Holdings.
The 8-year engagement with is expected to exceed $1 billion in contract value, with a committed spend of $800 million.
As part of this broader engagement, Wipro will acquire Mindsprint, Olam Group’s IT services arm, for $375 million in an all-cash deal, as per the company's regulatory filing. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.
Headquartered in Singapore and founded in 2007, Mindsprint provides technology and digital transformation services across enterprise applications, data & analytics, digital platform engineering, customer experience, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity and business process services.
Mindsprint has a global workforce of 3,200-plus employees across India, Singapore, US, UK and Middle East. It has strong Food and Agri-business domain experience, supply chain transformation capabilities, and proprietary IP-driven solutions.
Under the terms of the acquisition of Mindsprint by Wipro, Mindsprint will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions. This is expected to close at quarter ending Q1 FY27 (end of June 2026). Mindsprint’s consolidated revenues for in CY25 was $135.6 million.

As part of the engagement, Wipro will also deliver end‑to‑end transformation services through a consulting‑led and AI‑powered approach.
Wipro will also deploy its capabilities across Olam Group’s ‘farm‑to‑fork’ value chain. This will focus on areas such as farming, forecasting, trading, supply chain operations and customer engagement, to improve operational effectiveness, strengthening resilience and supporting long‑term growth at scale.
