Nifty is struggling to get a strong follow-through buying. The index bounced initially but then failed to sustain higher. The same pattern of movement has happened for the second consecutive week. That keeps the door open for the Nifty to fall more from here. A crucial support is coming up and we will have to wait and see if the index is holding above it or not.
Nifty can fall to 22,300. Thereafter it can rise back to 23,500-23,700.
Nifty Bank index on the other hand can test 50,800-50,500. It has to sustain above 50,500 and rise back above 54,000 to get some relief.
