It is projected to generate $80 billion in economic output, add nearly $41 billion to global GDP, and create over 8 lakh jobs worldwide. The global sports industry generated $2.3 trillion in revenues in 2025 and could touch $3.7 trillion by 2030, driven by tourism, sportswear, streaming, betting, broadcasting, and digital platforms.
