The Chief Electoral Officer of Tamil Nadu has listed twelve alternative documents that you can take to the voting booth and cast your vote.
Documents for casting vote
- Aadhaar Card
- MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi NREGA )Job Card
- Bank / Post Office Passbook with photograph
- Ayushman Bharat Health Insurance Smart Card
- Pension document with photograph
- Pancard
- Smart card issued by RGI under NPR
- Indian Passport
- Service Identity Card from Government/PSU/Public Limited Companies
- Official identity cards issued to MPs, MLAs and MLCs
- Driving License
- Unique Disability ID. (A Unique Disability ID card is issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India)
