The certification program validates expertise across three areas: the Vercel platform (Developer Experience Platform, Managed Infrastructure, Observability & Analytics), Next.js development (best practices, advanced patterns), and AI Cloud (AI SDK, v0.app, Workflow). Partners must certify a minimum number of developers on their team, with recertification tied to major Next.js and Vercel releases to ensure teams stay current.
Certification creates a strong connection between partners, customers, and Vercel. Certified solution partners:
Prominently featured as "Certified" in Vercel's partner directory, helping customers find qualified teams
Work more closely with Vercel Professional Services and go-to-market teams to match customers to the right delivery teams
Participate in recurring enablement and recertification to stay current on Next.js and Vercel best practices
