You know how excited I was when I came to Norway for the first time and pretty much immediately found out that there was a BLACK group rapping?

and they are NOT Americans. These are Norwegian artists and they're black and they're skilled as all hell!

But unlike the racist motherfuckers that refuse to listen to music from anybody that doesn't look like themselves; imma tell you right now the lighter skinned folk got skills here too

That being said, I'm STILL gonna post the black people first because THERE ARE BLACK NORWEGIAN PEOPLE.

And I agree that rap is absolutely political and deeply important and ANYONE who is even remotely serious about running a country well and fixing problems will have been listening to every damn rap song their country has produced for the past 20 years because THAT'S one of the best ways you figure out where people really are and what they're feeling.

Nobody puts a pen to the page and pours their heart out with all the passion and rage and joy and energy it takes to create rap IN ANY LANGUAGE without having a fucking reason

Any serious politician listens to rap. Dead serious. And has a song that carries real meaning to them. And specifically rap from black people BECAUSE RACIST MOTHERFUCKERS ALWAYS WANT TO BACK NON-BLACK ARTISTS

There are black people in every country. Every politician on earth should be listening to the black people in their community and honestly I want more black rappers in every country to BE politicians
