This week, we officially cut the ribbon on Yubico’s new Singapore office, marking a major milestone in our mission to secure digital identities worldwide. Joining Stockholm and Santa Clara, USA, Singapore now serves as our third global headquarters and a dedicated hub for the Asia Pacific region.
As AI-driven cyber threats and sophisticated phishing attacks continue to rise, the need for phishing-resistant, hardware-backed security has never been more urgent. Our expansion into Singapore allows us to provide faster, localized support and scale “human-in-the-path” authentication for organizations across the region.
Check out the highlights from our opening day:
I am incredibly proud to support the development of our new Singapore office as Director and VP of Supply Chain Operations in Asia Pacific. Having been with Yubico for 12 years, it’s a privilege to bring that experience back to my home country to head our regional expansion to make the digital world safer. I am supported by our global leadership team, who will maintain a strong, consistent presence across Asia Pacific as we work to deepen partnerships and support our customers in the face of rising demand for phishing-resistant security.
This opening holds special significance as 2026 marks 60 years of diplomatic relations between Sweden and Singapore. As a company with deep Swedish roots now establishing a global home in Singapore, Yubico is proud to embody this long-standing partnership of innovation and trust. Our presence here reinforces a shared commitment to strengthening cyber resilience and supporting digital transformation for the next 60 years and beyond.
Singapore’s position as a global tech leader makes it the perfect home for our mission. We are here to help organizations in finance, government, and critical infrastructure move toward a phishing-resistant, passwordless future.
A huge thank you to the Singapore Economic Development Board, and our local partners for the warm welcome.
