Turning on monitors after the booting process makes the screen only show the cursor

I use CachyOS with KDE Plasma with Plasma-Login-Manager, and Limine on BTRFS. If I connect my TV via HDMI after the booting process only the cursor appears on the screen. I reported as a PLM bug, but it doesn’t seem to be one:
