NVIDIA card not listed as an available OpenCL device even with nvidia opencl packages installed

When I run clinfo to list available OpenCL devices my NVIDIA GPU is not listed. It is a laptop with hybrid graphics, the needed NVIDIA drivers are installed and the opencl-nvidia and lib32-opencl-nvidia packages are installed as well. Tested in both hybrid and dedicated mode without any difference. Not sure what happened, because it was working fine at some point. I’ve never needed to do anything other than have the needed packages installed. Any ideas?
