Xbox controller connects via Bluetooth but keeps blinking (acts like it's not connected)

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Xbox controller over Bluetooth. The controller successfully pairs and shows as “connected” on my device, but the Xbox button keeps blinking continuously as if it’s not actually connected. I’ve already tried re-pairing the controller and restarting Bluetooth, but the issue persists. AI says to try updating the controller firmware using a Winslop PC, but I haven’t tried that yet. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?
