While trying to install having another distro installed before with Luks encryption the install would not complete. My only option was to install without encryption. Of course I could have deleted my partition, formatted the drive but I chose not to do that.

Some other distros did not have that issue and I could use encryption even if I had encryption from another distro. Just an observation, not a criticism.
