When starting the system, it is not getting past the splash screen. I’m not sure how this would be related, but prior to this behavior, on April 21, the disk filled up with a combination of snapshots, pacman cache, and other data. That is fully cleared up after removing 3-400GB of data. One interesting side affect is that while new snapshots are being created, the snapshots available from the boot screen are only those from April 21 and before. Booting with a previous snapshot, then restoring it and rebooting will get me past the splash screen exactly once. I can then use the computer, but on subsequent restarts, it will again hang. I did not apply updates while it was in a working state. I have tried removing splash and adding plymouth.enable=0 disablehooks=plymouth from grub cmdline, but this did not address the issue.
