X11 keeps crashing for me, and i have no way of knowing what is causing it to do so.
This issue wasn’t happening before hand so maybe an update had a hand in doing this??
First time this happened, i was running plasma under wayland, happily using a bunch of apps that
run under xwayland, thought it was a memory issue (considering i only have 8 gigabytes) so I went to check if my swap was working, and sure enough, it was.
Second time round, thought “oh, maybe its xwayland, so i’ll just switch to XFCE where everthing is x11 based” (big mistake cuz then my entire DE started crashing)
So I’ve concluded that it;s an x11 issue, and my googling for fixes has resulted in nothing, so here I am asking for assistance.
I have an integrated intel GPU, as i run a 2014 retina macbook.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to resolve your issue, but maybe you could provide some logs, to give other more experienced users more info to help you.
In particular I think it might be helpful to run:
sudo cachyos-bugreport.sh

Since your DE is crashing you may have to run this from a TTY.
I’ve restarted since it happened (to switch to lts kernel). Not to jinx it, but i’ve yet to crash on LTS.
So getting a log with what happened on my previous pre-restart crash would be dificult
