searched for this on the forum, and most people had their problem magically solved, and the proposed solutions didn´t helped.

Yeah… Haven’t got the issue “magically” solved yet either. At this point I’ll be heading off to a different OS until the developers get their act together.

(Update below, I did manage to successfully install)
Install #1 I had same error.
Install #2 I updated mirrors and system.
``sudo cachyos-rate-mirrors
sudo pacman -Syyu
sudo chwd -a``
However, the install failed again. Logs: https://termbin.com/z43ph
Install #3:
``sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring
``sudo pacman-key –init`
`sudo pacman-key –populate`
Install failed with error: “The bootloader could not be installed. The installation command [‘bootctl’, ‘–path=/tmp/calamares-root-ctl3r_k5/boot’, ‘install’] returned error code 1.”
I’m booting UEFI, full wipe on 111GB SSD. I’m going to try reboot.
My only other observation was that the initial system time was wrong.
I’m sleepy sorry.
UPDATE:
Still sleepy.
Install #4 was a success, even though it actually reported a failure again with some completely different issue (I should have saved the log but I was disgruntled and giving up for the night) but when I hit restart it booted into cachy so I’m not sure what happened. Don’t have my terminal log but I think I did this before attempting the install:
sudo pacman-key --ini
sudo pacman-key —refresh-keys
sudo pacman -Syu archlinux-keyring
sudo pacman-key --populate
sudo pacman -Syyu
I also edited the package list selection in the installer, following someone’s post sorry I can’t link because of forum new user restrictions. “I simply deselected the packages gst-plugins-ugly and gst-plugins-bad under Desktop Integration during the installation process, and the installation completed successfully.
From what I can tell, I can just install them later on my system if and when I need them.”
