Msi Bios Update destroyed my bootloader

As the title says, I have recently updated my bios on my msi mb (b55m pro-vdh) and it destroyed Cachyos’ grub and installed a windows bootloader. Suffice to say I’m furious (at MSI), but more importantly is it possible for me to reinstall grub without a complete reinstallation of cachyos because everything is on one partition? Thanks in advance for any advice!
