Second Monitor black after login, power cycle fixes issue

I searched the forums prior to posting as I didn’t see my same problem. When I log in from cold startup or restart, my second monitor will mirror the primary with the login screen, but when I login, the monitor will be black. It is still detected, just not displaying anything. When I power cycle the monitor, it returns no problem. A minor issue, but I’m curious to fix it.
