May I bring up this reddit post from someone with the exact problem I’m facing since a few days: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/1sqp44v/comment/oh9a15e/ Using back/forward mouse button in games or even on KDE desktop when navigating the browser, will make discord (which does not have focus) get focus.
