Hello there! I had this problem when I was on Fedora and actually thought it was a problem from my previous motherboard that was replaced years back in warranty. But now to use my HDMI with another device, I decided to use my USB-C to HDMI cable again. It works fine, but during boot when the bootloader (this time Limine on CachyOS, but on Fedora was GRUB), all USB ports get disable for 15–20 seconds after I select which option to boot from. During Plymouth’s scree is when it happens. I can’t type since all my USB devices get disabled right when Plymouth is shown for about 15 to 20 seconds. After that all of them start working again. It happens in hybrid and discreet mode. I don’t know what to do for it to stop happening.
