SOLVED : Had to put PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 as a steam launch option. Right click on game > properties and in launch options put “PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 %command%”. Hello I just switched to CachyOS and finished installing the necessary packages to play. I tried launching Elden Ring on Steam and everything was fine I had a stable 60 FPS.
