I have a dual boot setup with windows and cachyOS. Everything was fine till yesterday but today morning my cachyOS stopped loading past the plymouth splash screen after the bootloader options. However, windows works fine. I tried a lot of things like setting the nosplash option and even tried using the chroot mount my disk and update from the live boot environment. I even tried loading into the LTS kernel but that didnt work either. Then I backed up my files in an external ssd through the live environment and reinstalled cachyOS thinking it would work but it didnt work either. I even tried installing fedora instead of cachy and same issue happened, it was stuck on the fedora loading splash. Again, windows is working fine. Also, all my fast boot and secure boot stuff is disabled so no issue there. I even went to the bios and reset to default and then turned off fast and secure boot but didnt work. I did update my cachyOS through the cachy-update yesterday before I closed my laptop. Maybe there was some issue somewhere there but I am stuck right now.
