Fractional scaling keeps changing Mouse sensitivity [KDE]

Hi, i have a laptop which has a 1440p screen.My mouse feels great at 100% scaling but everything is so small.then changing scaling to 150% my mouse sensitivity feels way much faster.mouse accel is turned off and selected profle is flat but its not fixed the issue.i tried this command but it broke kde taskbar.I dont now what should i do now.It is so annoying. echo “QT_SCALE_FACTOR=1.35” >> ~/.profile
