After my CachyOS (Cinnamon) is started “cachy-update” icon is not there as neighbourhood of the clock and such things Volume and chaning of Sound-Device. I tried manually set with 5 Seconds latency my own Startprogram in Startprograms, but it doesn’t help. The only way it getting in function ist, start “CachyOS Hello” get in Apps/Optimises and the deactivate and the reactivate Cachy-Update. i think the problem is existent about Shelly comes in the System, but i don’t know thanks for any help ...
