After a recent system update my system will sometimes overheat right after booting or waking from suspend. Not every time. Seems to be about a 50/50 chance. When it happens the fans all ramp to full speed. If I open btop I can see the CPU temp climbing but there is no load besides the occasional 1-2% I would normal see while idle.
