I have 30 Mb/s internet. When downloading things from Steam I’m getting the full 30 Mb/s. When I run a Pacman or Paru update, I’m only getting 4-5 Mb/s. I have set “ParallelDownloads = 10” in pacman.conf and in pacman it shows multiple files being downloaded at varying speeds, but the total always ads up to about 4-5 Mb/s.
