I just repasted CPU + GPU and discovered very bad geekbench results despite excellent thermals. Turns out, I’ve been running ‘Power Save’ profile, so the CPU was never boosting. I did not knowingly change this, so I presume Cachy defaults to ‘Power Save’ profile? WTF?! So, I went from 1720 single / 9530 multicore to 2270 / 11,100. You might want to check your Power Management settings!
