100% AMD 9060 GPU use in Steam games since last kernal update

There seems to be a few issues with the latest kernel upgrade, I am posting this if it helps otehr to debug. I have a discrete AMD 9060 card running through an occulink. When KDE display is set to “prefer efficiency”, the GPU use goes to 100% in steam games and gpu temperatures climbs to max and I shut the computer down. When KDE display is set to " prefer color accuracy" the GPU use goes to 97% (fluctuates -10% down but mostly sticks to 97%) and the temperature hovers near max. So its a wo...
