Fullscreen VRR Black Screen w/Nvidia

I’ve had an issue for the last ~2 weeks where going fullscreen with VRR set to “Automatic” causes both fullscreen videos and games to enter a black screen with no display output. Turning VRR to off fixes the issue. For reference, I’m on a 7700x/4070ti Super system. Anybody have a fix? Not sure if this is a KDE issue, or an Nvidia driver issue (or both lol).
