After boot, Steam header is invisible. The top bar containing Steam, View, Friends, Games, Help, Minimize, Resize, and Exit does not appear and I can see whatever is displaying behind it. As a workaround I can select where Minimize or Resize would be and this causes the header to display properly. No header, background can be seen where it should be.
