cscs: Given the information there it appears it just dumps stuff in /opt. bart_jimenez: whatever is in the extracted OPT folder to your /OPT and the same with the USR folder Thanks for confirming that. bart_jimenez: You will need to run dolphin as an admin by executing dolphin –sudo in the terminal. Though I might mention this is an alias for --admin . Of course its not necessary to use dolphin (or any GUI) specifically. And you should never use sudo with any GUI application. But dolphin happens to have an admin mode that uses polkit with actions in the background that is much less dangerous - with the aliased flag as noted above for cases in which folks may mistakenly be looking for some kind of ‘sudo dolphin’. Looking at this again .. it seems its a compiled electron webapp. You actually do not even need to move it anywhere. Just unpack it and execute the ./opt/IDriveForLinux/idriveforlinux and it runs.
