There are many Jews around the world who would love to purchase real estate in Israel. However, they give up on their dreams before even beginning! They feel that purchasing property here is like a maze: unfamiliar real estate companies, language barriers, lack of transparency, bureaucracy and complex financing requirements.

Ezra Sharfman, owner of Israeli Golden Assets, identified this frustration and built a comprehensive solution from A-Z: one trusted address that guides buyers from the first consultation through property selection and financing. His banking background gives him a unique advantage. “I began in one of Israel’s top banks, by managing existing mortgage loans, then moved into international private banking for overseas clients where I established a mortgage unit for foreign residents purchasing property in Israel.”

That experience allows Ezra to help clients access financing options that many buyers are unaware of. Overseas buyers can receive financing of up to 50% of the property value, and often even 70% to 75%, subject to bank approval and personal eligibility. “In many cases, an Israeli mortgage can be significantly more attractive than financing abroad,” he explains.

According to Ezra, the main challenge in receiving a substantial mortgage is trust. “The Israeli market is complex, and many real estate companies are not built to serve American or international Jewish buyers. These clients need clear English, full transparency and confidence that they are working with reliable professionals.”   Ezra is an energetic native Israeli whose family made aliyah from New York and therefore understands the culture of both the foreigner as well as the Israeli.

The process begins with a personal Zoom consultation. “My goal is to be the first stop for anyone considering buying real estate in Israel,” says Ezra. “I learn their goals, budget, timing and the type of property that fits their needs.”

Schedule a Free Zoom consultation with Ezra, contact Israeli Golden Assets for guidance, professional direction, and preferred financing options.

Israeli Golden Assets then directs clients into three tracks. The first is a personalized property matching track, connecting buyers with carefully selected real estate agencies across Israel that offer unique projects and VIP English-speaking service. The second combines property matching with personalized financing options, helping the buyer secure the right Israeli mortgage structure. The third is a premium full-experience track for those clients interested in a week-long real estate trip to Israel. Once they arrive, we will arrange for them a private driver, meetings with selected agents and visits to multiple projects, giving them a direct view of the market and  the various opportunities available.

“Trying to do this alone can be risky. “Buyers may not know how to evaluate real estate companies, which areas are truly in demand, or how to navigate Israeli mortgage bureaucracy.”

“My mission is simple,” he concludes. “Every Jew who dreams of owning property in Israel should be able to do so safely, transparently, and wisely. I am not just selling properties. I am building bridges between Jews around the world and their home in the Land of Israel.”
