Imagine a place where every day begins with a soft breeze from the sea and ends with a stunning sunset over the promenade.

Netanya, one of Israel’s most popular coastal cities, offers a rare combination of modern city life, spectacular beaches, green parks, and sports, cultural and leisure centers.

Only about 30 minutes from Tel Aviv, Netanya offers easy access to major transportation routes and public transport, and is therefore an ideal location for living or investing in real estate.

As investors and buyers, you know just how much currency fluctuations can affect a deal. At Yamim Hatze’ira, we eliminate uncertainty with a fixed purchase exchange rate! ($1=NIS 3.50.)

Is the foreign exchange rate changing? What do you care? Now you can plan your investment without surprises, without market fluctuations, and – most importantly – with complete peace of mind.

Yamim Hatze’ira – Ir Yamim’s ‘Little Sister’

The Yuvalim Group, one of Israel’s real estate leaders for over 25 years, with a track record of dozens of successful projects and thousands of apartments throughout the country, presents Yamim Hatze’ira:

An innovative residential complex in the developing west side of Netanya (near the Ir Yamim and Poleg neighborhoods), with 18-24-story towers and 9-story boutique buildings built to green building standards.

Yamim Hatze’ira offers a variety of 3-6-room apartments with meticulous planning, high-quality specifications, and modern architecture.

Every detail has been carefully selected to provide maximum comfort, functionality, and aesthetics.

Community Life, Leisure, and Education – Everything that Matters, Close to Home

The project was designed to enable a rich and diverse lifestyle, with public spaces inviting social gatherings and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Exactly what a family is looking for! Fully-equipped gym, Pilates and yoga studio, a library for children and adults, a shared workspace, and a playroom.

Surrounding the project, you’ll find everything that guarantees an ideal living experience: excellent kindergartens and schools within walking distance, sports and community centers, shopping and entertainment centers, spectacular beaches, parks, playgrounds, and nature reserves, all just minutes away from home.

And that’s not all.

Yamim Hatze’ira is close to all public transport, with easy accessibility to central transportation routes (such as the Coastal Road and Route 4), allowing quick connections to the Gush Dan / Tel Aviv area, and it’s near a major commercial complex too!

3–6-Room Apartments From Only NIS 2,650,000!

A variety of apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses to choose from, with an ideal combination of supreme location, opulent specifications, and meticulous planning.

Every day here is an opportunity to enjoy a modern, advanced lifestyle in one of the most sought-after cities on Israel’s coastal strip.

Choose the apartment that’s best for you now, and take advantage of 10/90 payment terms, no inflation linkage, a free consultation with a designer, and – most importantly – a fixed exchange rate of $1=NIS 3.50, which provides certainty and security every step of the way.

* The hedging benefit is subject to the terms of the sales agreement and its associated appendices and to the signing of the approval appendix attached to the purchase application. In any case of contradiction or inconsistency, the provisions of the sales agreement signed by the parties are the only binding ones and prevail over any other publication, representation, or document. The benefit is limited to a maximum ceiling of NIS 0.40 (40 Agorot) per currency unit (Dollar / Euro) in relation to the base rate (NIS 3.50 per dollar / NIS 4.10 per euro).

The final value of the benefit will be determined and approved at the time of signing the purchase application only. The benefit is limited to a payment from equity of 10% of the total consideration for the first payment and in any case will not exceed a hedge of 60% of the total consideration.

The benefit will be realized by way of a credit from the last payment only, and does not constitute a discount off the price of the apartment for the purposes of real estate taxation, collateral or other calculations.

Eligibility for the benefit is conditional upon the purchaser meeting all of their obligations and is not transferable to a third party.

The company may terminate the offer at any time. E&OE
