Keep your DMs, posts, and connections.
Leave the doomscroll behind.
A typical day
Sixteen hours awake.
About three a day are actually yours.
The scroll takes close to three hours.
Most of your free time, gone.
How it works
You've deleted the app or used other screen time blockers before, and it's never stuck. Blocking the whole thing fails because we still want the connection of social media. snowscroll leaves the part that matters.
01
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn are all available in one calm, focused browser. Sign in once and use them like you always have.
02
Switch off Reels, Shorts, Explore, and the For You page. Flip any feed back on whenever you want, so it stays on your terms.
03
Your DMs, search, your profile and posts, and the people you actually follow all stay, exactly as they are.
It all runs in a browser on your device. snowscroll never sees your logins, your messages, or anything you do.
Trends show your daily average and the hours you've reclaimed, so the change is easy to watch.
Set a daily limit, fade the apps to greyscale, and change any of it anytime. No streaks, no lock-in.

Why we built this
We're a small, independent team that kept opening apps we didn't mean to. We wanted the messages and the people we follow, not the feeds built to keep us scrolling, so we made snowscroll to keep the connection and quietly remove the spiral.
Worth being clear about
You sign in directly with Instagram or TikTok. Your login never passes through us.
A browser isn't as instant as the app. That friction is intentional.
No streaks, no guilt. Close it whenever; nothing here pulls you back.
