NBA Best Bets: Top Same Game Parlay for Thunder vs. Spurs...
Keagan Smith · 2026-05-29 · via DraftKings Network

Keagan Smith offers his top Same Game Parlay on DraftKings Sportsbook for tonight’s Game 6 between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs.

Tonight, the San Antonio Spurs look to extend their season in front of the home crowd. Down 3-2 in the Western Conference Finals to the Oklahoma City Thunder, they teeter on the brink of elimination as the situation turns dire. This series has been a back-and-forth one thus far, so could we get a tying result to force a Game 7?

The Spurs are 3.5-point favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook with -155 odds on the Moneyline. The Thunder are listed at +130 to win outright with the game total now at 218.5 combined points.

For tonight game, DraftKings is running a 50% Same-Game Parlay Profit Boost on SGP’s of at least three legs with minimum +300 odds (maximum $10 wager). Below, I’ve laid out my favorite qualifying SGP from Thunder vs. Spurs Game 6.

Best Same Game Parlay for Spurs at Thunder Game 5

Over 218.5 (-110)

This has been an excellent series so far with plenty of scoring to boot. Since I wrote in the prediction/pick article for Game 6 earlier today, the game total has dropped a point to 218.5. In that article, I said the over on 219.5 looks like a top betting pick for tonight, which I stand by even if the line ticks back up slightly. Over the five games of this series, the teams are averaging 225.8 PPG in total and over 218.5 has cashed in four of those (the same goes for 219.5). The postseason is a different environment than the regular season, but dating back to all 10 meetings between the Thunder and Spurs in 2025-26, the sides are averaging 224.7 PPG. Across that larger sample, over 218.5 cashed eight times and over 219.5 hit on seven occasions. Again, the over on the total tonight brings the makings of an excellent pick for parlays and as a standalone bet.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 25+ points (-288)

To bring the value up a little bit, we’re looking at a couple of reliable points props in player markets. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scoring 25+ points is one of those. The back-to-back MVP doesn’t need us to review his prowess at putting the ball in the bucket, even if he’s struggled with his efficiency in this series. Despite shooting a paltry 38.8% from the field, he’s still averaging 26.2 PPG in this series and hit 25+ points in three games, narrowly missing the mark with 24 in another. In his nine total games against the Spurs this season, he’s at 27.7 PPG with six outings of 25+ points as well. He’ll get the volume to hit this bet even if his shot still isn’t falling.

Devin Vassell 10+ points (-346)

You know how it goes with parlays sometimes. We’re looking to inflate the value a little bit with reliable lines, which brings us to 10+ points for Devin Vassell. He’s been an important piece of this San Antonio roster for the last few seasons, even if his scoring dropped fairly significantly to 13.9 PPG in the regular season as well as just 13.2 PPG in the playoffs. Still, Vassell is taking 11.3 shots a night and had a nice streak of double-digit points going until last game. Prior to that outing, he’d hit 10+ points in 15 consecutive playoff appearances — every single one before Game 5. Again, this is a very reliable pick we’re using to add a smidge of extra value. This also helps us get over the +300 odds required for the SGP boost.

De’Aaron Fox under 1.5 made threes (-141)

This is the pick that can really make or break our parlay, however, I feel pretty confident that it hits. I wavered between under 1.5 made threes for De’Aaron Fox or Stephon Castle but ultimately settled on the former for a couple of reasons. Fox has appeared in 14 games during this playoff run and is yet to find his form from deep, averaging just 1.4 3PM per game on 4.6 3PA. He’s shooting only 31.3% from distance, which isn’t far off from his 33.2% clip from the regular season. He’s played just three games of this series but has just two made threes across that sample on 12 attempts — good for a 16.7% 3P% — and has one or fewer makes in all three contests. Dating back to the start of the postseason, Fox has gone under 1.5 made threes in nine of his 14 appearances as well as seven of his nine contests since the start of the second round.

Parlay Odds: +375 (+583 with SGP boost)
