Dan Johnson provides the latest updates regarding Chase Dollander’s apparent arm injury in today’s Pirates/Rockies game.

Rockies breakout pitcher Chase Dollander appeared to suffer an injury to his pitching arm in the bottom of the second inning in the game between the Pirates and the Rockies today.

After this pitch he shook his arm out and the trainer came out. After a few pitches he was pulled.

You can see Dollander shake his arm, as Mike Kurkland points out, and that seems to have been the initial tell for trainers. Though, Dollander had given up three runs on four hits, including a two-run home run to Ryan O’Hearn, before he even recorded his second out of the game.
